Nestled amidst magnificent tropical gardens and majestic palm trees is First Landing Beach Resort & Villas, just fifteen minutes by road from the Nadi Airport. First Landing is situated on six acres of tropical, landscaped gardens with massive rain trees and towering coconut palms, giving a unique island atmosphere on the mainland. Their white sandy beach stretching for 150 meters has spectacular views across to the islands and brilliant sunsets are a nightly specialty.
ACCOMMODATIONS
The Garden and beachfront spa bures are all duplex configuration plantation-style design. They are built of solid timber with thatched roof, polished timber floors, high ceilings, modern furnishings, private screened verandah. They feature air-conditioning, overhead fans, electric kettle, coffee percolator, specialty teas, bar fridge, hair dryer, IDD telephone and computer jack. Some bures interconnect through the verandah - on request. Beachfront spa bures have a double spa in the bathroom with a "secret window" to access ocean views.
The new deluxe garden bures have a separate lounge and fully equipped kitchen, plus a separate bedroom. Built from local timbers and featuring the same amenities as the garden & beachfront bures including air-conditioning.
the 2 bedroom garden villas have 2 bedrooms each with ensuite and indoor/outdoor bathrooms. The kitchen has a fridge, microwave and electric cook top all cooking and serving utensils, washer/dryer. The living and dining rooms have high ceilings with tropical timbers, furnished with lounge suite, color TV, DVD, DC and integrated sound system. All rooms are air-conditioned and have ceiling fans. Each villa has its own private tropical garden courtyard with swim/spa pool, BBQ patio and large covered verandah for excusive use of villa guests.
The 2 bedroom beach villa - "Villa Nalamu" - the master bedroom upstairs has an ensuite with double spa and ocean views. The ground floor has a 2nd bedroom, ensuite bathroom with outdoor shower, kitchen, dining, living rooms and laundry. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, microwave, dishwasher, all cooking and serving utensils. The living room has color TV, DVD, CD, integrated sound system. Laundry has washer and dryer. The two bedrooms are air-conditioned, the living areas have ceiling fans. Private, outdoor swimming pool, spa and BBQ deck for exclusive use of villa guests.
All villas are served daily and the resort can arrange for a personal housemaid, chef or waitress for any extra duties that guests may require (at additional cost).

DINING
The resort specializes in local and international menus featuring seafood, wood-fired pizzas, breads and also steaks, chicken, lamb, pastas, curries, salads and local dishes. You can order from a full a la carte menu or set menus, by special arrangement. Their theme menus include seafood buffet with local specialties and international dishes: Italian buffet with wood-fired pizzas, pastas, chicken or veal, salads and breads; curry buffet featuring authentic Indian dishes; lovo buffet featuring Fijian food cooked in earthen oven; beach barbecue featuring prawns, steak, chicken, fish, sausages and salads. CHARGEABLE ACTIVITIES
The resort is close to over 20 half and full day trips including daily island hopping and snorkeling trips to nearby Mamanuca islands; water sports, scuba diving, sport and game fishing, sailing day cruises, trekking to nearby Abaca National Park, Eco and Cultural tours including the popular Coral Coast Eco tour including the popular Coral Coast tour to the Kai Levu cultural centre, Kula Bird Park and a local art gallery, Jet Boat rides, nearby tennis and golf, shopping to Lautoka or Nadi, car hire. These new apartments completed at the end of 2011 are contained in one two story building and all the apartments have access to a common swimming pool and patio exclusively for the use of the apartment guests. The studio apartment is set on the ground floor having a large bedroom/lounge area with microwave, bar fridge, sofa and sofa chairs and chairs/table on the screened in veranda, large bathroom with bathtub and separate shower. can sleep up to 4.
