Musket Cove Resort, situated on the 600 spacious tropical acres comprising Malolo Lailai Island, 15 kilometers west of Nadi in the romantic Mamanuca group is a friendly relaxed resort offering quality accommodations and resort services. Malolo Lailai itself, is an island of space where you can feel free to be yourself; where the romance of the legendary South Seas lives on. The island is surrounded by 10kms of white sand beaches waiting for you to enjoy and explore at your leisure.
Feel free to explore the quiet, deserted beaches and coconut groves, climb the rolling hills to enjoy magnificent vistas over an amazingly blue Nadi Bay way out to where lazy pacific rollers break in a mass of foam on the outer reefs. Finally… slowly wind your way back along pathways lined with tropical flowers to enjoy the delights awaiting you at Musket Cove resort. OR, simply relax, laze on the beach or around either of the two swimming pools while enjoying the beauty and tranquility that is unique to Musket Cove Resort.
ACCOMMODATION
Musket Cove offers a choice of accommodations. There are 12 beachfront bures all with a queen-size bed and 1 single bed. The beachfront bures are for adults only. The garden bures have a king-size bed plus 2 single beds and have plenty of room to accommodate an infant in a cot if desired, or an extra adult/child in a rollaway bed. There are 6 Lagoon bures all with a king-size bed, a single bed, a sofa bed and en-suite bathroom. Each bure is spacious and comfortably furnished with armchairs and coffee table. The 6 resort villas provide a real home away from home comfort. They contain 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. A king-size bed in the upper bedroom and 3 single beds in the downstairs bedroom. There is a divan in the lounge. Ideal for large family groups, with sleeping facilities for up to six people. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area. Each resort villa has an elevated lanai with a spa pool. To accommodate your food shopping needs, a fully stocked Supermarket is located at the resort providing a full range of supplies and a facility is available for the purchase of selected beers, wines and spirits. There is also another supermarket on the island within easy walking distance of your "home away from home".

ACTIVITIES
Musket Cove resort offers an extensive array of free activities and water sports including: snorkeling (snorkels, flippers and masks are provided for the duration of your stay), windsurfers, canoes, row-boats, float boards, a long-boat trip to Malolo Island (optional visit to Solevu Village), volleyball, petanque, nature walks, hiking and jogging trails plus beachcombing. Other activities provided at reasonable rates include: hobie cats, sea kayaks, small sailing yachts for hire, water-skiing, game fishing and reef popping trips, sunset cruises, day trips to nearby islands and island resorts or to the Yasawa's, day or overnight sailing cruises, 9 hole Plantation golf course (clubs and trundlers for hire), shopping day trips and/or sightseeing trips to Nadi, Lautoka and elsewhere on Viti Levu by air or Malolo Cat, game fishing charters, yacht charters, surfing and dive charters, scuba diving and full Padi instruction with Subsurface Fiji (a five star Padi facility.) Para-flying, jet skis and glass bottom boat coral viewing are also available on the Island. Sunday Church Services and special occasion services are conducted on the Island and first aid and minor medical attention is available on the Island.

DINING
"Dick’s Place" restaurant and cocktail bar bears the name of the original small family resort from which today’s modern and extensive Musket Cove Resort has developed. You have the option of indoor, poolside or alfresco dining beneath the stars; extensive a’la carte menus, theme nights, set menus, separate children’s menus, complimented by a choice of fine wines from around the world, exotic cocktails, beers and soft drinks. An island string band plays nightly (except Sundays) while on Thursday evenings, a traditional Fijian "meke" is performed. The resort features a relaxing coffee shop, located on the verandah of The Trader overlooking the inland cove. Café meals, light snacks, lunch, morning and afternoon teas are served daily during daylight hours. The resort offers full or half board meal plans - please contact Sun Vacations for rates.

ARMSTRONG ISLAND VILLAS
Armstrong Island -Beautiful landscaped gardens, surround a central complex with swimming pool with in- built spa pool, barbecue facilities- all exclusively for the use of the guests in the villas on the island. Each of the two bedrooms, in each villa, has an en-suite bathroom and is air-conditioned and equipped with a Californian King size bed (unzips to make 2 single beds if required so four guests can be comfortably accommodated). Ideal for two couples, or a couple with two adult children traveling together. Your villa features a dining/ lounge area with kitchenette facilities to cater for that intimate dinner at home, or a snack during the day. Your lounge leads on to a large over-water balcony, which is the ideal spot for that morning breakfast or pre-dinner aperitif.

DIVING RATES with SUBSURFACE
Capture the imagination with dive sites such as "Gotham City" featuring 3 pinnacles situated in a passage in the outer Barrier Reef where fish and corals are in incredible abundance. The soft corals are in every color of the rainbow. 'Magic Island", only 5km away, the stunning Namotu coral cay stands perched on the edge of a 1000 meter plunge into the depths of the Pacific Ocean. There is prolific fish life, the visibility (normally 25 - 40metres) reef sharks, turtles and schools of Barracuda are all in abundance. Try the "Big Ws" where manta rays and ocean going sharks are regularly sighted and occasionally the elusive Whale shark has put in an appearance. Or, the world renown "Supermarket" is possibly the world's most famous shark encounter. Grey reef sharks and white tip reef sharks can always be viewed at this dive site.

NEW FACILITIES
Musket has now added a wedding chapel and Mandara Spa now operates their spa facilities and the resort will shortly be building a new purpose-built spa on the resort.

All rates are quoted in Fijian dollars and include VAT and service Turnover tax and are per room. Up to 4 adults stay at the single/twin rate in the resort villas and the extra adult rate only applies to the 5th person. Up to 4 adults stay at the single/twin rate in the Armstrong Island villas - no extra adults can be accommodated.
Transfers to and from the Island are available on the Island’s transfer boat "The Malolo Cat" or seaplane. Please contact Sun Vacations (Fiji) for rates and departure/arrival schedule.
Cancellation Policy:
Between 21 - 8 nights prior to arrival - 2 nights fee will be charged
Cancellations for arrivals inside 7 nights prior - 100% fee will be charged
No shows - 100% fee will be charged.
