Founded in 1933 by Aggie Grey, it soon became a renowned club in the South Pacific for American servicemen stationed in Samoa during WW11. Over the years, the Aggie Grey's Hotel & Bungalows has hosted many famous people and has changed considerably to acknowledge the changing needs of travelers.
Conveniently located just a short walk from the heart of Apia where you can enjoy a range of bars and restaurants and spend time scouting the colorful markets for wonderful local artefacts. The hotel has lovely views of the harbour and a stunning backdrop of surrounding mountains.
ACCOMMODATION
A wide range of accommodation styles are available at the hotel, ranging from deluxe suites and rooms with harbour and mountain views to standard rooms or island style bungalows with traditional decor. All rooms feature: air conditioning, fan, refrigerator, tea/coffee making facilities, iron/ironing board, IDD telephone, direct internet access, in-room safe, television with in-house movies and cable TV, hairdryer, private patio or balcony.

DINING
The Poolside Fale & Grill is the center point of Aggie Grey's. Have your meal looking onto the hotel's tropical gardens and swimming pool. The interior is filled of ancient intricate carvings from ancient Samoa and all held together to the tall wooden pillars with hand woven coconut threads. It is a treat in itself to dine in such a magnificent structure of age old architecture. Every evening, the Fale Restaurant hosts a resident string band playing local and popular music. Wednesday evenings, the night lights up with the Fiafia island show, banquet and spectacular fire-dancing exhibition.
Their signature Restuarant, Le Tamarina Restaurant is one frequented by Royalty, Presidents and Heads of States. This elegantly appointed restaurant is located in the new Aggie Grey's building and is air-conditioned with sweeping views of Apia Harbor. Open for lunch Tuesday to Friday from 12:00 noon until 14:00 hrs. and dinner from Monday to Saturday from 18:30 until 23:00 hrs.
Seafood Buffet Extravaganza - Saturday evenings - one of the finest seafood buffets in the South Pacific.. has everything from fresh grilled lobsters to fresh crabs in coconut cream to sweet fresh water shrimps and imported king prawns. Complimented by a wide selection of carved meats, hot dishes and an amazing desert table - not forgetting Pacific Jazz by one of Samoa's prominent Jazz Musicians.

The resort features: 2 restaurants, coffee lounge, 3 cocktail bars, 24 hour room service, conference and meeting facilities, business centre, outdoor swimming pool, fully equipped air-conditioned fitness centre, tour desk/car hire, hotel gift shop and hairdresser.

CONFERENCES
The Conference room is located within the new Aggie Grey building. It has carpeted floors that look out into the hotel's lush green gardens and is conveniently located for easy access. It is ideal for small to medium sized group meetings and conferences. The patio outside of the room is ideal for evening drinks or a cocktail function.
The Board Room is elegantly appointed with carpeted floors and exotic cane furniture and is in the confines of the Aggie Grey building. It is ideal for small business meetings or a boardroom conference. It is located near their signature restaurant, the Le Tamarina, where you can also host an exquisite fine dining meal after your eventful day.

- The hotel is a family hotel and can provide infants with cots and strollers and they can also arrange for a baby sitter. For safety reasons children under 16 years of age are not permitted into the New Wing Rooms or suites. 5 years and under receive a free cot when in the same room as parents. 6 years and under 12 years: extra person rate plus tax when in the same room as parents.
