ACCOMMODATION All bures include air conditioning, private bathrooms, in-room safes, coffee/tea maker, mini-refrigerator.  The beachfront bure also includes a private courtyard with hammock, sundeck with cool dipping pool and ocean view.  The honeymoon bure also includes a private courtyard with hammock, sundeck with cool dipping pool plus private outdoor shower, upgraded contemporary interior and premium ocean view.

EXOTIC AMBIENCE Unique Fijian architecture and exquisite furnishings combine to create the beauty of Beqa Lagoon Resort. The Bure Kalou with its soaring eighty foot thatched roof is their restaurant and bar: built from local hardwoods, it provides the perfect setting for your island pleasure. Here, on the edge of the lagoon, their guests gather for meals and friendship while their world renowned chef creatively prepares and beautifully presents fine cuisine using local fish, shellfish, vegetables, fruit, New Zealand lamb and Australian beef.

There is excellent snorkeling just off the resort. The villages of Ravi Ravi and Rakua are within walking distance of the resort. Hikes to the waterfall are available. The resort has a map or they will be happy to provide a guide for you. According to Fijian legend, one of their waterfalls and its pool is the source of the knowledge and power of the Firewalkers. When the falls are full, they offer breathtaking views and luscious vegetation. If you would like a private picnic on a secluded island, the resort will be happy to drop you off at Steward Island (provided the weather is good) with a delightful lunch and snorkeling gear and pick you up later in the day. The half day surfing session (minimum 2 persons) commences at 08:00 hrs and returns for lunch at 13:00 hrs. The full day surf session (minimum 2 persons) commences at 08:00 hrs., includes lunch and returns at 16:00 hrs. Frigate Passage is located approximately 40 minutes by boat from the resort. This is a powerful left, reef break surf and recommended for experienced, advanced surfers only.
